We are looking for a responsible and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our grocery store. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth store operations, efficient staff management, excellent customer service, and achievement of sales targets. The Store Manager will be in charge of maintaining inventory levels, implementing merchandising strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all store staff, schedules, and performance
Ensure excellent customer service and handle any customer concerns professionally
Monitor and control inventory, including ordering and stock rotation
Oversee cash handling procedures and daily sales reports
Implement merchandising plans and store displays to maximize sales
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the store
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Prepare sales and performance reports
Train and motivate employees to achieve team goals
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for delivery and quality control
Qualifications:
Male or Female, 25–45 years old
College graduate or at least college level (any business-related course is a plus)
Minimum of 2 years experience in retail or grocery store management
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, POS systems)
Knowledgeable in inventory management and sales reporting
Must be trustworthy, results-driven, and customer-focused
Willing to work on weekends and holidays, if required
