JOB OPENING: Branch Head
Locations: Roxas City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary Range: PHP 30,000 – 60,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
Position Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Branch Heads to lead our branches in Makati, Davao, and Roxas City. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in bank operations, branch management, and marketing, with a strong track record in achieving business targets and leading high-performing teams.
Qualifications:
Must have at least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Branch Operations Officer or in a similar leadership role in the banking industry
Proven track record in bank operations, sales, and branch performance management
Strong background in marketing, business development, and client acquisition
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Honest, trustworthy, and capable of handling high levels of responsibility
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily branch operations ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations
Lead, train, and motivate the branch team to meet sales and service goals
Develop and implement local marketing strategies to attract new clients
Manage branch profitability, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Monitor and evaluate branch performance metrics regularly
Ensure high-quality customer service and handle client escalations
Represent the bank in community events and networking activities
