Job Description
Prepares and submits all documents required for loan or lease applications on a timely basis. Regularly monitor and report monthly status of loan and lease balances and covenants.
Ensure PDCs are issued as agreed
Prepares cash flow reports and identifies and evaluate variances
Forecasts, monitors and tracks cash flow (daily, weekly monthly quarterly, etc.)
Monitors bank transactions to ensure that bank account balances to the report and any unusual items are investigated.
Complete all cash management set-up documentation, prepares correspondence and proposals directed to and for cash management
Recommends improvements in cash management, ensuring financial obligations are met in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
