What You'll Do:
- Welcome and assist clients with bookings, inquiries, and walk-ins
- Manage day-to-day front desk tasks with professionalism and care
- Monitor and respond to messages on social media platforms
- Support the clinic’s digital presence by coordinating with the marketing team
- Help ensure a seamless client experience—from reception to online interaction
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in front desk, admin, or customer service
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and basic digital tools
- Friendly, polished, and confident in handling client communication
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced clinic setting
