Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective leads to promote and sell a product or service.
- Effectively overcome sales objections and set appointments to help close deals.
- Make a follow-up call for those leads who did not answer and are not interested.
- Maintain an existing customer base while acquiring new leads.
- Follow up and qualify leads from online inquiries, marketing campaigns, and other activities.
- Provide insights on market trends and create selling strategies when necessary.
- Update and maintain customer information in the CRM.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
- Familiarity and compliance with QISMS Standards (ISO 9001 and ISO 27001) for Rocket Station.
Qualifications:
- Should have at least 1 year of experience in a call center/virtual assistant role, specifically as a Sales Representative handling U.S.-based accounts.
- Must demonstrate a robust proficiency in successfully closing sales.
- Someone with the ability to handle rejection and maintain conversation flow.
- Strong command and fluency in spoken and written English.
- Must have strong attention to detail and can work with minimum supervision.
- Should possess good time management and organizational skills.
- Amenable to work based on the client’s time zone.
- Applicants must have access to their own equipment and a reliable fiber internet connection.

Main Computer Processor: at least i3 8th gen or i5 6th gen (quad-core) or higher
Back-up Computer Processor: at least dual-core or higher
Computer Memory/RAM: at least 8.00 GB (for both primary and back-up computers)
Computer Operating System: at least Windows 10 64-bit

Primary Connection: running on a 10 Mbps wired plan (10mbps and up preferred)
