Position Overview
The Key Accounts Officer will be responsible for managing major client accounts, driving market
expansion in Region 3 and NCR, and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets. This role supports
the company’s growth in the laboratory services sector and ensures long-term client satisfaction through
effective relationship and territory management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years in B2B account management or technical sales; exposure to laboratory or regulated industries is a plus
- Territory planning, sales negotiation, CRM systems, strong communication and client engagement skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for fieldwork
