Job Description:
- Accurately record and manage client information
- Review and assess requests, transactions, and source documents needed for billing
- Ensure compliance to the standards and policies
- Attend calibrations sessions and meeting
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the company.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate or holder of a degree in a business-related field
- Background in finance, bancassurance, insurance, or claims is preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Has a strong attention to detail
- Flexible to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
