● Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe XD, Illustrator and Photoshop
● Exceptional design skills, production value and attention to detail
● Ability to create wireframes, storyboards, interaction flows, process flows, site maps
● Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Understanding of common software project management and development practices

Job Purpose:
The position is in charge of designing the screens or pages on mobile apps and websites visually
creating the ideal user experience path based on user requirements. UI/UX designers must be familiar
and be able to implement the style guides used by the company as well as a consistent design across
the application.
Main Responsibilities:
● Develop wireframes of screens, storyboards, user interaction flows, and sitemaps for mobile apps
and websites
● Design UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how applications function, look and feel
● Present design deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
● Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
● Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
