JOB OPENING: Davao Branch Operations Officer
Work Location: Davao City
Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays | 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary Range: PHP 25,000 – 30,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
Job Summary:
The Branch Operations Officer is responsible for managing the daily operational functions of the branch. The role ensures efficient and accurate transaction processing, compliance with regulatory and internal policies, and overall support to the branch’s performance. This position plays a key role in maintaining excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or any related field
-At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services operations
-Solid knowledge of branch processes, compliance, and cash handling procedures
-Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
-High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic financial systems
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth, accurate transactions
-Ensure full compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards
-Supervise cash handling, balancing, and vault transactions
-Support the branch in customer service delivery and operational problem-solving
-Prepare and submit regular reports and documentation for management and audits
-Coordinate with department heads for procedural updates and staff guidance
-Assist in training and monitoring junior staff on operations and compliance standards
