Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
Handle complaints professionally and escalate issues when needed
Follow call scripts and guidelines
Maintain records of interactions in the system
Meet performance targets such as call quality, resolution time, and sales (if applicable)
Qualifications:
Open to High School / SHS / College graduates
With or without BPO experience (experience is a plus)
Good English communication skills
Willing to work on-site and on shifting schedules
Customer service or sales skills is an advantage
Fast learner and team player
