About the Role:
Join our mission-driven team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Cebu City! You’ll play a key role in expanding our reach by generating qualified leads and setting high-quality meetings for our business development team. Ideal candidates are passionate about sustainability and skilled in outbound B2B sales, with a focus on connecting businesses, LGUs, and NGOs to impactful environmental solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and research potential partners, clients, and sponsors.
* Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls/proposal meetings.
* Use a consultative approach to communicate the value of our solutions.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and meet KPIs (leads, meetings booked).
* Collaborate with business development and project teams.
Qualifications:
* 2+ years in outbound B2B sales, lead generation, or SDR roles.
* Must reside in Cebu City.
* Excellent English communication and persuasion skills.
* Proficiency with CRM and sales tools.
* Interest in sustainability or experience with NGOs/LGUs is a plus.
