Job Description
The Broker’s Sales Associate helps manage relationships with brokers, supports the sale of insurance products, and assists in servicing client accounts. The role includes helping with policy processing, renewals, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
-Assist in finding and supporting sales opportunities through broker partners
-Help carry out marketing efforts and stay informed about company products and services
-Maintain good working relationships with brokers and help manage their accounts
-Work with teams like Underwriting, Claims, and Finance for timely processing of policies, renewals, and claims
-Help with premium payments, official receipt (OR) issuance, and simple account balancing
Qualifications:
-Graduate of any business-related 4-year course
-Strong communication and people skills
-Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about insurance
-Experience in customer service or administrative support is a plus
-Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa
