Salary: 80,000 - 90,000
Required Experience:
>Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or any Business course
>With at least 7 years managerial experience
>With proven expertise on Collective Bargaining negotiation on multi-union environment
>Extensive experience on ISO, HACCP, GMP certifications with respect to HR operations
>Knowledgeable on PEZA, DOLE and other regulatory requirements with respect on HR operations
>With working knowledge on Energy Management System
>With proven output on cost saving program
>Knowledgeable on risk management
>Knowledgeable on Data Privacy Act
