- Manage overall branch performance and staff supervision
- Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with internal controls
- Drive business development and client acquisition in the area
- Prepare reports and coordinate with regional and head office teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, or related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in banking, with leadership or supervisory role
- Strong understanding of financial products, customer service, and risk management
- Leadership, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills
Salary Range: ₱30,000–₱35,000
Location: DAGUPAN
Schedule: Mondays–Fridays, 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM
