Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Medicare BPO Associate to handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and process healthcare-related information in accordance with CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) guidelines. The role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of Medicare plans and processes, and the ability to work in a high-volume call center or back-office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Medicare plans including enrollment, eligibility, billing, and claims.
Assist customers with plan details, coverage options, policy changes, and complaint resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and company policies.
Process Medicare-related documents and perform back-office data entry tasks.
Escalate complex cases to supervisors or specialized departments as needed.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with Medicare policies and healthcare regulations.
Salary Range up to PHP 18,000- 23,000
