Salary Range: Php50,000
Location: 8th floor, i1 Building, Cebu IT Park, Apas, Cebu City (Onsite)
Type: Full-time, Graveyard Shift

Job Overview:

We’re hiring a results-driven Team Manager with a background in Avatar tools (Soundboard, or Echo technology) and Live calling. This role demands strong technical expertise, sharp analytical skills, and proven leadership in a fast-paced, pay-per-performance campaign.

Key responsibilities:
• Supervise, manage, coach and motivate the team members to meet and exceed performance targets while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor individual and team performance, identify training needs and plan training sessions to meet client and organizational targets
• Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure team objectives are consistently met.
• Monitor random calls to improve quality, minimize errors and track operative performance
• Ensure all relevant communications, records and data are updated, documented and recorded.
• Facilitate and participate in regular team meetings to align goals
• Collaborate with supervisors, operatives and third parties to gather information and resolve issues
• Suggest and communicate areas of improvement with operations, script development etc.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3+ years proven leadership skills in a BPO environment
• Versatile, and has experience with Avatar tools (Soundboard, or Echo technology) and dialing live campaigns
• Strong background in dialer management with a solid understanding of campaign setup, pacing, and troubleshooting.
• Skilled in analyzing campaign data, tracking team performance, and making data-driven decisions to improve results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in addressing challenges and driving performance.
• Has strong time management and organization skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Open to ongoing training, feedback and professional development
• Experience with political or advocacy calling campaigns is a plus
