Job Description
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing requests through various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, or social media. The CSR ensures customer satisfaction by delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic support.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other platforms.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and procedures when necessary.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors.
Meet individual and team performance targets (KPIs/SLAs).
Stay updated on product knowledge and system updates.
