Responsibilities:
Assist new and existing Grab drivers with rental sign-ups and onboarding
Manage vehicle assignments and ensure smooth rental operations
Provide basic customer service and support
Maintain accurate rental records and reports
Must know how to drive; a valid driver’s license is a plus

Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer literacy
Responsible, punctual, and self-motivated
Previous experience in car rentals or the ride-hailing industry is an advantage
Open to long-term employment
Willing to be assigned to Tigatto, Davao City
