Job Description
- With 2–3 years of hands-on experience in an IT Service Desk role
- Familiarity with ticketing systems & helpdesk workflows
- Strong troubleshooting skills on desktop operating systems
- Clear communication and documentation habits
- Own PC/laptop and stable internet (Remote setup)
If you have experience with:
- Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory
- PowerShell, SQL, and database troubleshooting
- Networking: routers, firewalls, VPN, DNS, DHCP, VLANs
- Monitoring tools for performance and uptime
- AI tools & modern automation platforms.
