Job Description
We are looking for an Accounts Specialist to actively manage and grow assigned client accounts, meet sales targets, and build lasting relationships. The ideal candidate has a passion for sales, strong interpersonal skills, and experience in account management or field sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute sales strategies and activities in assigned areas
Manage and grow key accounts through regular follow-ups and performance monitoring
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service
Conduct field visits to assess client needs and market opportunities
Prepare reports on sales progress, forecasts, and client feedback
Collaborate with internal departments for product, pricing, and delivery concerns
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
1–3 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or customer service
Experience in field sales or territory management is an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
Compensation & Work Details:
Salary: ₱20,000 – ₱22,000 + commission
Work Location: San Juan City
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
