Role Overview
We’re looking for a PHP Developer (CTC) with strong backend development skills and a passion for clean, maintainable code. The ideal candidate will work on dynamic projects and collaborate closely with our in-house designers, developers, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using PHP (preferably Laravel or similar frameworks)
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues
Participate in code reviews and team meetings
Work independently and manage deliverables on time

Requirements
1 year of experience in PHP development
Proficient in MySQL or similar relational databases
Familiar with modern PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, etc.)
Experience with version control (Git)
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs
Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently
Good communication and problem-solving skills
