- Maintain accurate and up to date records of inventory
- Monitor Stock levels and initiate reorder request necessary
- Ensure proper storage and organizing of inventory items for easy retrieval and access
- Implement inventory control measure to reduce damage or theft
- Identify slow moving and fast moving products to take appropriate action
- Conduct physical and digital counting daily
- Communicate effectively from team members and other dept.
- Physical count for every in and out of fabrics during deliver
- Conduct reports daily, weekly, monthly
- Attend meetings and take minutes for warehouse dept.
- Any ad-hoc task given by the Warehouse Supervisor
Qualification:
- Knowledgeable in inventory systems
- Strong Understanding of inventory control of principles, practices, procedures
- Attention to detail and accuracy maintaining the inventory records
- Has time management skills and know how to multi task
- Received in and out fabrics and items
