Job description
Our company is currently looking for Account Officer who can support the department in achieving its annual marketing and sales targets by executing approved marketing strategies, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing and Client Engagement
- Source and engage potential clients through various channels, including affiliates, suppliers, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial client assessments, including background and credit checks.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients by providing tailored service from loan application to release, payment monitoring, and loan renewal support.
- Present and promote financial solutions and services tailored to client needs.
- Promote related financial products such as Asenso and Insure tayo through cross-selling efforts.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, agencies, and associations.
- Deliver product presentations to clients and stakeholder groups.

II. Market Analysis and Strategy
- Monitor market conditions, competitor offerings, service efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance marketing strategies and improve service delivery.
- Develop and utilize tracking tools for market and client data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic planning and sales target achievement.

III. Documentation and Compliance
- Coordinate with Operations for formal background checks.
- Prepare and process legal and loan documentation, including those required for registration and tax compliance.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records and client databases.
- Ensure secure handling and return of client documents.

IV. Reporting and Process Improvement
- Submit timely and accurate reports such as:
- Activity Reports
- Monthly Work Programs
- Work Program Accomplishments
- Participate in policy reviews and propose enhancements to address evolving client needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of marketing experience, preferably in a financial institution or a
related industry.
- Additional Advantage: Established networks or a client base.

Salary Range is: 18,000 - 25,000
Salary:
₱25,000.00 Monthly
