Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Team & Operations Management:
- Lead the marketing team, manage workload, conduct alignment meetings, assess manpower needs, and coordinate with principals
Brand & Campaign Direction:
- Set overall brand strategy and monthly calendars. Review proposals, lead project kick-offs, maintain KAM relationships, and oversee campaigns and events.
PR & Communications:
- Guide public relations efforts to strengthen brand presence and messaging.
Trade Marketing (Offline):
- Execute trade programs and support the sales team with materials like kits and presentations.
eCommerce Strategy:
- Lead business reviews, set online sales targets and discount strategies, and manage key campaigns.
Daily Approvals & Coordination:
- Approve manpower schedules, job orders, and coordinate with internal teams to align with the marketing calendar.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or brand management; experience in eCommerce and trade marketing preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Analytical thinker with a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
