Job Description

Salary Range: 70,000 - 75,000

​Core Duties:

Manages daily operations and performance of the accounting team.
Supervises billing, payment collection, and disbursements to principals, suppliers, and service providers.
Reviews purchase orders (POs) for accuracy, tax compliance, and alignment with quotations and BOMs.
Prepares check payments, bank transfer forms, and dollar purchases for foreign principals.
Coordinates with Sales and other teams to resolve billing and documentation issues promptly.
Reviews and signs off on Deal Registration Forms (DRFs), BOMs, contracts, and commission statements.
Ensures completeness and accuracy of sales documentation before endorsement for approval.
Coordinates with foreign principals and suppliers on renewals, tax treaties, and documentation.
Prepares and processes payroll, government remittances, and employee tax annualization using HRIS.
Handles employee-related computations such as maternity, last pay, and 13th-month pay.
Transmits accounting and payroll documents to outsourced accountants and ensures accurate recording.
Reviews and validates financial statements and accounting treatment of transactions.
Prepares BIR schedules and reconciliations for assessments, and coordinates legal responses through lawyers.
Supports internal and external audits and manages legal and tax-related referrals.
Coordinates with bank representatives for account maintenance, investments, and forex transactions.

Periodic Duties:

Prepares and processes SSS, HDMF, PHIC, and BIR tax remittance forms and reports.
Submits government reports including VAT, EWT, income tax returns, and books of accounts.
Updates and reports on weekly cash position, AR/AP schedules, and presents financial statements to management.
Ensures timely and accurate sales commission payouts and reviews statements for approval.
Attends internal meetings to follow up on sales actions and outstanding receivables.
Coordinates with HR on asset inventory adjustments for accurate depreciation reporting.
Supports budget planning, prepares incentive documentation, and ensures policy implementation.
Manages scanning, indexing, and validation of accounting documents.
Prepares certificates, handles PhilGEPS tax clearance, and processes per diem for foreign travel.
