Qualifications & Experience:
- 8 to 15 years of proven experience as Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or similar leadership role.
- Strong expertise in food & beverage, electronics, manufacturing, and retail marketing.
- Extensive experience in change management and driving marketing transformations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans that drive business growth.
- Strong background in brand management, digital marketing, and market expansion.
- Exceptional leadership, creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly adaptable, able to work in diverse workplace settings and engage at all levels.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in market analysis, campaign performance tracking, and budgeting.
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead and drive marketing initiatives across our group of companies in food & beverage, electronics, manufacturing, and retail. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with expertise in strategic marketing, brand development, and market expansion. With a strong background in change management, this leader must be able to adapt to different workplace environments, work at all levels, and elevate the company to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and execution of data-driven marketing strategies that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue expansion.
- Oversee marketing operations for food & beverage, electronics, manufacturing, and retail, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
– Strengthen brand identity, visibility, and competitive positioning across multiple industries.
– Lead marketing transformations, driving innovation and adapting to evolving industry trends.
– Identify new opportunities, analyze consumer behavior, and expand into new markets.
– Optimize digital marketing, e-commerce, traditional advertising, and PR strategies for maximum impact.
– Work closely with sales, operations, finance, and leadership teams to ensure cohesive business strategies.
– Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
– Monitor KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and manage marketing budgets for optimal ROI.
– Be willing to roll up sleeves and engage at all levels of marketing operations when needed.
