Schedule: Day Shift (Non-traditional shift: 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM to overlap with US hours)

About the Role:
We are looking for an Accounting Supervisor (CPA preferred) to perform general accounting functions, maintain financial records, and support financial reporting activities. This is a full-time on-site position based in Tuguegarao.
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Perform general accounting functions including:
○ Recording of AP invoices and payments
○ Recording of sales entries
○ Recording of journal entries and month-end entries
○ Validation of cash deposits from bank
○ Bank reconciliation
● Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and GL accounts
● Prepare/review weekly and month-end accounting reports
● Prepare/review financial statements and reports according to schedule
● Support month-end and year-end close process
● Complete special projects as necessary
Qualifications:
● Preferably CPA with 3–5 years of related experience
● Experience in public accounting and restaurant industry preferred
● Experience in a company with multiple locations preferred
● Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
● Highly independent and also a strong team player
● Strong communication skills and fluency in English
● Willing to adapt to a non-traditional work shift (5:00 AM to 2:00 PM)
