Job Qualifications
• Proven experience in performance marketing or digital marketing roles, preferably in an e
commerce, online gaming, or technology-driven environment.
• Familiar with online gaming industry and some of the companies that dominate this new,
growing industry.
• Must have deep expertise in at least one channel you will manage, and capable of learning.
• Solid understanding of various performance marketing channels, including PPC, SEM, social
media advertising, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
• Proficiency in using web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), advertising platforms (e.g.,
Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager), and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex
data sets and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
• Ability to think creatively and experiment with innovative marketing approaches to drive user
engagement.
• A collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present insights and strategies

Job Description
• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels,
including but not limited to PPC, SEM, ASO, social media advertising, display advertising, and
affiliate marketing.
• Focus on acquiring new customers through targeted and data-driven marketing strategies,
continuously exploring opportunities to expand our customer base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop strategies to support new content,
new state and product launches.
• Collaborate with peers across the marketing team to develop and set best practices for
compelling ads, effective landing pages, and process optimizations to improve conversion rates
throughout the funnel – be a change agent and immerse into innovative creative.
• Analyze user behavior and the conversion funnel to identify areas for improvement, streamline
user journeys, and increase conversion rates.
• Utilize analytics tools and performance metrics to monitor campaign performance, identify
trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and ROI.
• Work closely with the marketing team to allocate budgets effectively across different campaigns
and channels, ensuring maximum return on investment.
• Own testing plans and running various tests against different variables (ads, audiences, landing
pages, etc.) with the purpose of identifying new opportunities.
• Dive into data to understand trends in channels, diagnosing issues, and relaying findings to
various stakeholders, demonstrating what’s working and not working.
• Optimize on a regular basis, to ensure we test into new platforms and reach a broader set of
consumers. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging
marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Have a good understanding of the mix of brand awareness media and performance marketing
media, building a halo effect to our brand to reduce overall CPAs.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to develop engaging marketing assets that
align with performance marketing goals.
