Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, creating account plans, monitoring account performance, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs. The Account Manager will also handle client communications, report generation, and issue resolution.

Qualification
Experience in Client Relationship Management and building client relationships
Strong skills in Business Development and identifying new business opportunities
Proficiency in Account Planning and monitoring account performance
Ability to coordinate with internal teams and deliver tailored solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and issue resolution skills
Familiarity with relevant industry software and tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Atleast 5years above of Experience.
