Production Planning and Inventory Control

Directly reporting to PPIC Supervisor under Logistics and Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing the raw materials planning, and inventory control of raw materials required for manufacturing. This includes working closely with procurement team and inventory managers to ensure that materials are available when needed and in the correct quantities, while balancing cost, lead times, and inventory levels. The role involves forecasting material needs, managing material orders, and coordinating with the entire supply chain leadership team to avoid production delays and stockouts.

Qualification:

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar in restaurant operations
• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to work with large datasets, perform data analysis, and create reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
• With at least 2 years work experience of the same industry or experience in manufacturing, restaurant operations and retail industries.
