Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation & Sales
Greet clients warmly and establish rapport to understand their skincare concerns and
goals.
Conduct thorough skin analysis and recommend appropriate skincare products and
aesthetic treatments.
Explain product benefits, usage instructions, and potential results clearly to clients.
Achieve individual and clinic retail sales targets through effective upselling and cross-
selling.
Handle client inquiries, objections, and follow-up communications professionally.
Product Knowledge & Inventory
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all skincare products, treatment protocols, and
industry trends.
Assist in product merchandising and inventory management to ensure availability and
proper display.
Participate in product training sessions and share insights with the team.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through follow-ups and
personalized care.
Encourage client participation in promotions, loyalty programs, and referrals.
Document client interactions, preferences, and feedback accurately in the CRM
system.
Team Collaboration & Compliance
Work closely with aestheticians, doctors, and clinic staff to coordinate client care.
Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
Contribute to maintaining a clean, welcoming, and professional clinic environment.
