Job Description
Job Summary:
The HR Supervisor oversees and manages the human resources functions within the organization. They ensure that HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented, support employee relations, and facilitate recruitment, training, and development activities to promote a productive and compliant workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies. Manage employee records and documentation accurately and securely. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Conduct employee engagement activities and resolve workplace conflicts. Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills. Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.
• Provide guidance and support to line managers on HR-related matters.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR supervisor or similar role.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employment practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
