Job Description

Position Summary:
The Junior Dining Manager supports the Dining Manager in overseeing daily front-of-house operations, ensuring excellent customer service, staff efficiency, and adherence to restaurant standards. This role assists in supervising dining personnel, coordinating service flow, and maintaining a welcoming and professional dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily dining operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Supervise and coordinate dining staff, including servers, hosts, and bus personnel.
Monitor guest experiences, address concerns promptly, and uphold service standards.
Support training and development of front-of-house staff.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Assist with inventory control, equipment upkeep, and dining room aesthetics.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food delivery and service timing.
Contribute to team scheduling and performance evaluations.
Monitor reservations, special events, and peak-hour service flow.
Stand in for the Dining Manager during absences or as required.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Hands-on leadership with a service-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
