Job Description
Agriculturist- Technical Sales Representative
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Soil Science, Agronomy, or Agricultural Engineering
1–3 years experience in agri-input sales or technical advisory roles.
Field experience in soybean farming and/or agriculture-based infrastructure (silos, storage, irrigation projects) preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Valid driver’s or motorbike license; willingness to travel to rural and project sites.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Soy-Based Fertilizer (e.g. organic or biofertilizer):
Provide technical support on the application of soy-based fertilizers for various crops, especially legumes and cereals.
Educate farmers on soil health, organic farming benefits, and nutrient management.
Conduct field demos and coordinate with local cooperatives/agronomic extension workers.
Collect feedback and field data to support R&D and product improvement.
