QAQC Assistant

Involves direct assistance in all aspects of Quality Assurance and Quality Control projects and activities

Duties:
· Facilitate inspection and quality assessment of incoming products and or raw materials
· Facilitate inspection and monitoring of unloading of incoming imported and local products and/or raw materials
· Periodically inspect and review compliance to Good Manufacturing Practices and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures
· Periodically monitor cold storage temperature and reviews conformances to the product temperature requirements
· Conduct sensory evaluation of products and/ or raw materials or stocks on hand
· Render in capacity technical assistance to other departments such as Operations, Sales and Marketing, Purchasing and Customer Relations as necessary
· Facilitate periodic quality assessments of non moving stocks
· Monitor and evaluate incoming product returns
· Facilitate generation of all QAQC reports
· Render assistance to the R&D for batch trial run of new processed products, experiments, sample preparation for developmental items
· Provide effective support in documentation of Quality System
· Provide effective support in the implementation of Quality related systems
· Assist in establishing, maintaining, and securing controlled documents
· Maintain and organize effective recording, reporting and filing systems in the QAQC section
· Perform such other tasks and assignment as given by President and QA Manager/R&D
