Job Description
A graduate of BS in Fisheries or any related course,
Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
At least 1 year experience in Quality Control or Knowledge in Manufacturing process..
Awareness on food Manufacturing Processes.
Ability to lead, train and motivates subordinates.
With Critical thinking skills and attention to details.
With Good team coordination skills and able to build team work.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively participates in the attainment of the Food Safety Policy, Quality & Food Safety Objectives & Targets,
Ensures that fish classification is according to size and specie and properly recorded.
Ensures that all reports are complete and correct.
Ensures that the implements/tools asigned are properly handled and conduct a regular inventory.
