Chiryuko Japanese Language Training Center is hiring enthusiastic and qualified Japanese Language Instructors to lead face-to-face classes exclusively for adult learners. This role is ideal for teachers who are passionate about helping adults achieve fluency, pass JLPT exams, or learn Japanese for work, travel, or cultural enrichment.
Responsibilities:
Teach beginner to elementary level Japanese (JLPT N5–N4) to adult students only
Prepare lesson plans, exercises, and assessments suited for adult learning styles
Encourage communication-based learning with a focus on real-life application
Track student progress and provide personalized feedback
Introduce Japanese customs, work etiquette, and cultural context
Maintain a respectful and motivating classroom environment
