Job Description
Lead infrastructure design for enterprise-grade systems, including compute, storage, networking, databases, and cloud integration (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Collaborate with business and IT leaders to develop long-term infrastructure roadmaps aligned with digital transformation initiatives.
Act as the lead architect on infrastructure-related projects—independently managing timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination.
Establish and enforce infrastructure standards, blueprints, and best practices across the bank.
Identify opportunities for system consolidation, automation (IaC), and migration to cloud/hybrid models.
Evaluate technologies and vendors; lead RFP/RFQ reviews and technical assessments.
Ensure infrastructure design aligns with internal IT security policies, BSP regulations, and international standards (ISO, NIST, etc.).
Guide junior architects or engineers where applicable, acting as a technical SME within the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Must have minimum 10 years of experience as Infrastructure Architect.
Must have solid experience in leading a team and self-managing large-scale infrastructure initiatives from design through implementation.
Must have solid years of experience in Systems (Windows/Linux servers).
Must have solid years of experience in advanced networking (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN)
Must have solid years of experience in Storage (SAN/NAS).
Must have solid years of experience in Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
Must have solid years of experience in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Must have solid years of experience in Database infrastructure (Oracle, MS SQL)
Must have solid years of experience in security design principles, HA/DR, load balancing, and performance tuning.
Must have experience in scripting or automation background (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
Must have experience in enterprise-level infrastructure modernization and digital transformation.
Self-starter with minimal need for supervision.
Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to align infrastructure decisions with business goals.
