About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions is seeking a MAC Information Technology Support professional to join our team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in providing technical support and maintaining the company's Mac-based IT infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

Providing responsive and efficient support to end-users on Mac-related hardware and software issues

Troubleshooting Mac computers, peripherals, and applications to identify and resolve problems

Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Mac devices and software

Documenting IT support activities and maintaining accurate records

Collaborating with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve existing systems

Ensuring compliance with IT policies, procedures, and best practices

What we're looking for

We’re looking for a skilled Mac IT Support professional with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in managing and supporting macOS environments in a professional setting.

Key Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in macOS device management and MDM administration
Deep expertise with MDM tools such as Jamf Pro, Addigy, Microsoft Intune, Kandji, Mosyle, or VMware Workspace ONE
Proficient in Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Apple School Manager (ASM)
Strong understanding of Apple VPP, app deployment, patch management, and Zero-Touch Deployment strategies
Skilled in enforcing security policies (FileVault, firewall, password protocols) and managing compliance
Proficient in advanced macOS troubleshooting, scripting (Bash, Python, AppleScript), and remote support
Familiar with network configuration (Wi-Fi, VPN, authentication), endpoint security, and asset tracking
Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Experience with ITSM tools for ticketing and automation workflows

Preferred Certifications:
Jamf 200 or 300
Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or equivalent
