Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail-oriented, and able to handle a variety of customer inquiries efficiently.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a timely and professional manner
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolution
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Meet or exceed performance goals, including customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay calm and professional in stressful situations
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
