Role: Call Center Sales Representative

Work Schedule: Night Shift Schedule

Requirements for the Job:
Open for undergraduate with experience in handling Sales Account
at least 6 months to 1 year BPO experience in Sales Account
Open to working a graveyard shift
Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig
Can commence at the earliest opportunity

Job Duties:

✨ Assist in keeping clients and renewing contracts, as per company objectives.
✨Ascertain and fulfill client requirements, engage in consultative, value-oriented sales
and account management discussions.
✨Serve as the primary liaison for internal sales teams and customers
✨Manage inquiries concerning billing and accounts
✨Ensure a smooth and gratifying customer experience
