Type: Full-Time | Schedule: Mon–Fri (occasional weekends/holidays)

What You’ll Do:
*Coordinate smooth onboarding for new hires
*Support training sessions and manage the L&D calendar
*Guide employees through performance evaluations and feedback sessions
*Assist in succession planning and individual development tracking
What We’re Looking For:
-Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
-2–3 years’ experience in HR, L&D, or performance management
-Strong facilitation, communication, and project coordination skills
-Organized, analytical, and a quick learner
-Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace and Slack
