Job Description
Qualifications:
Graduate of Civil Engineering.
With at least 3 years of relevant experience in construction or project supervision
Knowledgeable in reading plans and specifications
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Organized and hands-on in handling project timelines, materials, and manpower
Committed to continuous learning and professional development
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day operations at project sites to ensure timely and quality completion
Coordinate with Project Engineers, Foremen, and subcontractors to manage manpower and resources effectively
Monitor work progress against project schedules and address potential delays
Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and site protocols
Support quality assurance by checking installation and workmanship against plans and specifications
Document daily activities, project issues, and site concerns for reporting
Assist in preparing material requests, permits, and other project-related documents
Salary:
P36,000 to P42,000 per month
