Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound or outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information
Document customer interactions clearly and efficiently
Meet individual KPIs such as average handling time and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team leads and escalate complex cases if needed
Qualifications
At least 6 months BPO/call center experience
Good to excellent English communication skills
High School graduate, SHS, or College level
Willing to work on shifting schedules and holidays
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
Can work under pressure and handle irate customers when needed
