As a Call Center Agent, your main responsibility is to provide excellent customer service by handling incoming and/or outgoing calls. You will assist customers with inquiries, concerns, complaints, or technical support related to products or services. You will ensure customer satisfaction and aim for a first-call resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency
Provide accurate information and solutions based on company guidelines
Document all customer interactions using internal systems
Meet performance metrics such as quality, call handling time, and customer satisfaction
Escalate complex issues to supervisors or higher-level support
Maintain a positive, helpful, and professional attitude at all times
High School Graduate / SHS Graduate / College Level or Graduate
With or without call center experience
Good English communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to work on-site and in shifting schedules
Customer service-oriented and a team player
