- Established in 1990 by the late Mr. Edgardo V. Araga, a BSBA and Mechanical Engineer. Started as single ownership and named K.E.A. Industries which stands for the acronym of his family's names. With a capital of USD 5,000 and 5 employees, he bought second-hand machineries, materials, and pay of the salaries of employees. It was located on a 214 square meter warehouse located at Navotas City, Metro Manila. Its main expertise is in the field of fabrication of any type of metal products such as household appliance parts, motorcycle parts, automotive parts, electronic and electrical parts, machine design and fabrication, jigs and fixtures, tool and die fabrication. The then single ownership business turn into corporation in November 1991 and was named KEA Industrial Corporation. All his children became the incorporators of the company. It was succeeded by his eldest son, Mr. Elvin Araga as President and Katherine Araga as Vice President. Celerina Araga as the Chairwoman. The company is currently engaged in metal stamping, assembly, and metal finishing works for mass production requirements. Because of the soaring demand, the business was relocated to its 2,685 square meter manufacturing plant at Bacoor City, Cavite in August of year 2000. Its history did not end here, the fact that the company enjoyed such momentous development within a short period of existence, the company has acquired an 8,130 square meter lot in Silang, Cavite for future expansion. Job Description
2. Supervise the design and dimensions of new products and improvements.
3. Attend in new product sampling, testing and trial run for evaluation
4. Attend to trouble shooting for problems related to plant operation and technical matters like systems, process, procedures, design and dimensions.
5. Proactive in developing new products, improvements, processes, procedures, related to his division
6. Represent the company to customers / suppliers meeting
7. Preparation of Gantt chart for new and current projects
8. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
9. Project Management Skills: Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
10. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and make data-driven decisions.
11. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with others and collaborate on projects.
12. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn new skills quickly.
