Job Description
Requirements:
- OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATE
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is a plus
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Administrator
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments and travel arrangements
- Prepare, format, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Organize and maintain both paper and electronic filing systems
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and company events
- Monitor and order office supplies and maintain equipment inventory
- Handle and safeguard confidential documents and information
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Help implement and uphold office policies and procedures
