Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary contact person between the Finance Department and external entities such as banks, government offices (e.g., BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, LGUs), and suppliers.
2. Facilitate the processing, submission, and follow-up of government-related documents such as tax filings, business permits, and compliance certificates.
3. Deliver and collect checks, invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
4. Assist in the timely submission of statutory contributions, loans, and payments.
5. Support the Finance team in preparing necessary documents for external audits and inspections.
6. Maintain records of all transactions, submissions, and follow-ups conducted with external parties.
7. Perform banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers, as directed by the Finance team.
8. Ensure confidentiality and security of financial and business information.
9. Provide general clerical and administrative support to the Finance Department as needed.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred.
2. At least 1–2 years of experience in a liaison or administrative role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
3. Familiarity with government processes and requirements related to finance and compliance.
4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
5. High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
6. Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork when necessary.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
8. Must own a motorcycle and hold a valid driver’s license.
Salary:
₱20,000.00 Monthly
