Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information and solutions related to products, services, or account issues.
• Resolve concerns efficiently while maintaining a courteous and helpful tone.
• Document all interactions and update customer records accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.
• Maintain high standards in written communication and meet service quality metrics.
Qualifications:
• At least a high school diploma or equivalent; college-level education is a plus
• Strong written English communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling
• Previous experience in chat or email support is preferred but not required
• Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Familiarity with basic computer applications and online tools (e.g., CRM systems, helpdesk platforms)
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
