Job Description

Qualifications
- Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder. (Non-negotiable)
- Must have strong spoken and written English skills to effectively assist customers (Non-negotiable)
- Must be proficient in telephone handling and customer service etiquette. (Non-negotiable)
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. (Non-negotiable)
- Can remain calm and courteous under pressure (Non-negotiable)
- Must be okay to work on a shifting schedule. (Non-negotiable)
- Must be residing in near Makati City (Non-negotiable)
- Preferably ~1 year in customer service or contact center roles; however, entry-level candidates are accepted.

Job Description
Answer and manage incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products and services
Direct calls to appropriate departments or personnel as needed
Assist clients with basic inquiries and concerns
Maintain clear and organized call logs or records
Ensure prompt and efficient call handling in line with service standards
Follow proper telephone etiquette and adhere to bank protocols
Support other administrative tasks when necessary
